TECHBlue can provide quality control procedures, alliances and resources for a number of testing platforms.

Testing priorities s are focused toward products with the most significant impact on waterfront construction and available financing. Testing resources are  open to all companies with clean water and clean waterfront goals.

Waterfront Learning Laboratories are specific Clean Marina site locations. Marina sites are solicited to aid the study of a total system approach to project and environmental planning.
