TECHBlue has developed an independent, ongoing study of marine contractor readiness used in waterfront oil spill recovery activities.

Studies will focus on an inventory of marine and waterfront contractors who are qualified to work on a local, state-wide or national emergency.

TECHBlue reviews many aspects of safety and emergency response which may have a significant impact on the waterfront.
