CLEAN MARINA (SUSTAINABLE WATERFRONT)

This is an independent chronicle of clean marina programs in the U.S. Professionals are encouraged to comment on reviews and update information about these programs. See TECHBlue Policies & Practices

Clean Marinas are reviewed as benchmarks for enhancing the waterfront. TECHBlue will periodically publish clean marina reviews, and comparisons. A Sustainable Clean Marina designation is noted for any program which exceeds basic clean marina criteria.

TECHBlue will compare best management practices, purchasing commitments and environmental policies of clean marinas, as guidelines for improvement of other waterfront property. A Clean Marina Survey is scheduled May - July, 2010.
